Share your ideological passion, a practical skills, your organising interests, your experience in one of the AM Trades or Departments. Workshops are 1.5 hours.

Work Exchange Positions
The following positions give you a wonderful opportunity for service AND free entry to the retreat in exchange for 5 hours per day of work.
• Child or teen care coordinator
Plan and organise time with the children, including art and drama, sports, outings and games and "morning circle" meditation experiences. We can provide a reference for you to count towards work experience. Ideally there will be least two people for each childcare group, so you have someone else to work with and get some breaks.

• Food Preparation and Kitchen Cleaning Help
Learn about vegetarian cooking and have fun while providing healthy, vibrated food for everyone and maintaining Shaoca in the kitchen.
