This is a fun, family-friendly retreat by the beach. We enjoy sunrise and sunset kiirtan and meditation each day on the beach, healthy vegetarian meals, collective yoga and evening programs combined with surfing, swimming and other outdoor adventures.

The retreat is a chance for spiritual inspiration, nice company and relaxation in the beauty of nature.

Some of our attendees are avid surfers. Others enjoy the beauty and fun of the beach environment.

Reflections Caravan Park at Lennox Heads is a perfect location nestled between beautiful Lake Ainsworth and kilometres of open beach.
