Gunnebah Retreat

 

Gunnebah Retreat is set on 6 acres of rainforest gardens near the Natural Bridge National Park in the Gold Coast Hinterland. 

 

A variety of accommodation is available from 2 person fully furnished rooms, to tents with beds, cozy bunk rooms and bedrooms in the main house, plus space for bringing your own camping gear.

The Camp is just two kilometres away from Natural Bridge National Park which has a lovely rainforest walk and glow worm viewing at night.

Location

Gunnebah is conveniently located only 35 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 2 hrs from Brisbane, 50 minutes from Byron Bay and 12 minutes from Murwillumbah. It is situated in the largest Caldera in the Southern Hemisphere and close to the mystical Mt. Warning.

​

Set on the banks of the Tweed River, Murwillumbah is renowned for its attractive scenery and is often referred to as the "prettiest town in Australia". It hosts a range of delightful cafés and restaurants.

​

There are also many wonderful drives into the surrounding National Parks, Nature Reserves and small villages.

 

Arriving by Flight

We can arange pick-ups from Brisbane and Gold Coast airports, but Gold Coast is closer (35 minutes). Email us to arrange an airport pick-up.
